Key Organics and Advanced Molecular Technologies enter into an exclusive European supply & marketing agreement

Melbourne, Australia/Camelford, UK – 2nd September 2013: Advanced Molecular Technologies Pty Ltd (“AMT”) and Key Organics Limited (“Key Organics”) today announced that they have entered into an exclusive European supply & marketing agreement.

AMT is a specialist chemical company focused on the development and commercialisation of new Intellectual Property and products, including organoboron, organosilicon and bioactive nucleoside analogues.

Within its BIONET brand, Key Organics offers an extensive range of over 65,000 screening compounds, intermediates, building blocks and biochemicals to the international pharmaceutical, biotechnology and agrochemical industries together with the provision of contract chemistry R&D services, process scale-up and manufacture. Key Organics has access to further commercial scale manufacturing through its sister companies within The Tennant Group.

Both companies are embarked on a strategy to increase their range of new and exciting products and technologies such that this partnership makes good strategic sense. Key Organics has access to a global customer base within the global life sciences sector and excellent customer service and compound handling infrastructure that ensures that products are dispatched on the same day.

The agreement between the parties provides for the exclusive, European supply of AMT’s products by Key Organics. In addition, both companies wish to collaborate in order to further grow their differentiated technology and service offerings within the life sciences sector.
